Cancellation Policy :  We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy.  Please respect our schedule by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of 12 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments.  For appointments that are not respected, a charge $35 will be applied to your next visit.

Late Arrivals :  Please keep in mind that arriving late for your appointment may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as to not inconvenience our other clients.  We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments.

NSF Cheques :  We offer you the convenience of paying for your service with a personal cheque.  Should the cheque be returned to us as "Non Sufficient Funds"  (NSF) from the Financial Institution, a charge of $35 will be applied to your next visit and the privilege of this payment type offered will no longer be available to you.
